Griswold Middle School participates in several competitive sports that compete against other local middle schools:

There are separate organizations for:

Griswold Youth Football and Cheerleading (grades K-8 from Griswold and neighboring towns)
Griswold Recreation Basketball (ages 5-13)
Jewett City Little League
Griswold Soccer Club (ages 4-15)

FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

No athlete will be permitted to participate without a completed registration on FinalForms and a valid physical on file with the school nurse. A valid physical exam is good for 13 months.
